MedyTCF offers online preparation tools including:

• Reading and listening comprehension exercise series with corrections.
• A writing and speaking expression simulator using artificial intelligence to evaluate and correct your productions.
• Timed practice exams in real exam conditions.
• A personalized dashboard to track your progress and statistics.
• An NCLC equivalence calculator based on official IRCC scales.

• Account creation: access to the services requires an account with a valid e-mail address.
• Confidentiality of credentials: you are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any suspicious activity must be reported immediately to the administration.
• Personal use: each account is strictly personal and intended for a single candidate.

All content on the platform (texts, images, audio recordings, questions, corrections and simulation algorithms) is the exclusive property of MedyTCF. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited.

• Nature of the service: MedyTCF is a preparation and support tool. We do not guarantee any specific score on the official TCF Canada exam — results depend on each candidate's personal work.
• Availability: we strive to ensure continuous 24/7 access, but decline any liability in the event of maintenance, technical interruption, or malfunction of a third-party service (e.g. an AI API outage) beyond our reasonable control.

• The prices of our various plans are displayed transparently on our Pricing page.
• Payments are made through a secure integrated gateway (Stripe), by international credit card.
• In accordance with our refund policy, purchases are final and non-refundable once access is activated, except as provided for above.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time to reflect changes to the platform. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Algerian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Algerian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence, as MedyTCF is accessible to and used by candidates worldwide.
